As promised a few more photos of treasured memories.  
There are a couple of humorous anecdotes with some of them.  When we were camping at Westwater (the first photo), the Beezers had brought their cat (!?), and Shannie, our dog, who didn't like cats, decided she was going to find the moggy, so she jumped on their tent, which collapsed with Ron and Margaret inside which we all found hilarious.  The little steam train is the Eskdale to Ravenglass one.  When we got to the end we went for a walk on the beach, to suddenly hear the whine of a shell coming our way as we hadn't realised we were in a target area. I say "we", but obviously, it was down to the men. Stuart and Ron both shouted 'Run," and naturally, they were first to the sand dunes, leaving us girls behind, wondering what was going on!
